One of the Puma Sisters from this old manga and anime called "Dominion Tank Police".
They're actually a set of twins called AnnaPuma and UniPuma, but I just drew one of them so... you can decide for yourself which twin it is :3 I invented my own outfit for her... lolololol. Dominion Tank Police is like, proper old school classic awesome anime which I remember seeing when I was younger. The Puma twins kinda helped start the whole "OMG SEXY CATGIRL" thing. I think. Thank you! Yeah I drew the line art with a pencil and pen this time then used my tablet to colour it, which I may do mostly from now on... apart from for memes and DB and stuff.
Don't worry, hardly anyone knows about Dominion because it's fairly old school D= I'm just a major nerd.
